**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare GRP, metal, and other surfaces through cleaning, sanding, and repair.
- Identify and correct surface defects including cracks, dents, and print lines.
- Sand and buff surfaces to achieve a smooth, professional finish.
- Inspect and correct finishing defects before final approval.
- Safely handle tools, chemicals, and follow PPE and workshop safety protocols.
**Requirements**:
- 2-5 years of finishing experience, particularly with GRP and metal surfaces.
- Experience in automotive, marine, or aerospace sectors is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently with a keen eye for detail and quality.
