Job Description

Project: Large public facilities, including retail and community spaces
Salary: DOE, bonus, vehicle
Location: Donabate, County Dublin 
The Role
Oversee site safety and quality
Manage subcontractors and daily site operations
Track progress and report weekly
Inspect works from foundations to final finishes
Support site meetings and ensure project targets are met
Take part in Toolbox talks & sign off trade work
Promote health & safety on site
Complete subcontractor inductions
Manage snagging process & unit handovers
What You'll Need
Trade background
Experience as a Finishing Foreman on a medium-large scale development
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proven track record with contractors and housing projects
