Job Title: Finishing Site Superintendent

Reports To: Interim Vice President, High-Rise Construction

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Site Superintendent to oversee the completion of interior finishes on one of our mid‑high‑rise residential projects. The successful candidate will assist the Superintendent to ensure the project is completed on time, on budget and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervising all finishing activities to ensure high quality and adherence to design drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and project teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth execution.
• Overseeing all aspects of interior finishing including scheduling and resource planning to ensure efficient project execution.
• Proactively identify issues, risks and challenges and develop appropriate solutions.
