Finishing Specialist (Print Production & Reprographics – NYC)

Job Description
Under the direction of the Finishing Manager, the Finishing Specialist is responsible for performing a wide range of print finishing, post-production, and packaging tasks within a fast-paced reprographics and digital printing environment. This position is based in our New York, NY location.

This role is ideal for individuals looking to build experience in print finishing, bindery, and production support operations.

Key Responsibilities


+ Perform print finishing operations, including weeding, cutting, trimming, laminating, mounting, and installing grommets

+ Prepare and package completed printed materials and large-format graphics for timely delivery

+ Ensure all finished jobs are properly labeled, secured, and shipped according to production standards

+ Maintain, clean, and support finishing and production equipment on a regular basis
