Overview Safran Landing Systems, a subsidiary of Safran, is a world leader in landing and braking systems for aircraft. The Mirabel plant manufactures major components of landing gear for Airbus A320, A330, A350 and Boeing 787 models, using state‑of‑the‑art machining, polishing and special processes.

Responsibilities

Delegate tasks and decisions to team members to foster commitment and autonomy.

Guide and assist the team in problem‑solving and decision‑making in a simple and effective manner.

Implement everything necessary to ensure production plan execution and meet delivery commitments.

Identify and anticipate problematic situations and obtain help from resource persons to resolve issues (maintenance, quality, HR, etc.).

Facilitate necessary changes to adapt to new realities.

Monitor the production plan with the Planning team and adjust as needed to ensure objectives are met.
