What You Will Do
Handle truck and bus customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat, ensuring cases are resolved and closed accurately.
Support customers during vehicle breakdowns (e.g. flat tire, engine failure) by identifying the customer, vehicle, location, and coverage, and creating cases in the CRM system.
Coordinate roadside assistance by contacting the nearest dealer, technician, or third-party provider when issues cannot be resolved remotely.
De-escalate customer concerns, propose solutions within defined guidelines, or escalate cases to second- or third-level support when required.
Respond to customer questions related to service, technical issues, products, and general corporate information.
Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty by delivering timely and effective support.
Manage inbound communications related to products, sales, service appointments, and corporate inquiries.
