Role Summary

Engineering Manager for the South Africa MCA (Merchant Cash Advance) team at Go Tyme X.

Responsible for people leadership, delivery, and engineering quality across teams, building lending and embedded finance platforms. This is a hands‑on leadership role (not IC) working closely with Product and MCA leadership.
