Fire Alarm Systems - Lead Field Service Technician

As a Lead Field Service Tech for Fire Systems, a member of our service team in Atlanta, you’ll play a critical role in servicing and optimizing fire systems across commercial facilities like pharmaceutical companies, local government buildings, universities and hospitals as well as government agencies and military installations.

You will be tasked with responding and resolving complex service calls providing technical support and troubleshooting to Honeywell customers. These customers will have various products installed that fall into fire systems category as well as their associated computer systems. The goal is to ensure system up-time and efficiency.

You will report directly to our Sr. Field Service Supervisor in Atlanta, GA.
