Sithanda GeoScience (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced and results-driven Fire Assay Laboratory Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Fire Assay and Sample Preparation departments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operational management, staff supervision, ISO17025/SANAS compliance, budgeting, workflow optimisation, and ensuring adherence to strict QHSE standards in a production-driven laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the day-to-day operations of the Fire Assay and Sample Preparation departments

· Plan and monitor shift structures to meet throughput and client commitments

· Manage departmental capital and operational budgets

· Oversee stock control and procurement within budget

· Drive workflow improvements and optimise resource utilisation
