Fire Assayer (Masbate)

Job Description

Performs fire assay processes and disposal of fire assay wastes.
Ensures that work performed is in accordance with the SGS policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, Integrated Management System and other standards to which SGS subscribes, and SGS Safety Policies.

Operates and monitors fire assay equipment.

Assists in the preventive maintenance on fire assay equipment.

Maintains the good housekeeping in the laboratory.

Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in contribution to departmental goals or for his/her personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by his/her immediate superior.
