Job Scope:

• Oversee site activities and ensure installation works are carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on technical matters and submissions.
• Evaluate and verify fire protection system designs to ensure regulatory compliance (Sprinkler, Fire Alarm, Wet/Dry Riser, Hydrant, Hosereel, Fireman Intercom).
• Work closely with M&E, architectural and structural teams to resolve design conflicts and technical discrepancies.
• Plan project timelines and ensure smooth execution to meet delivery targets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship quality and safety standards.
• Lead testing, commissioning and system validation prior to handover.
