Serves as the technical authority for fire prevention, life safety, and code enforcement within the Fire Prevention Section. Conducts complex and high-risk facility inspections, including industrial, mission-critical, and special hazard occupancies. Reviews inspection reports prepared by subordinates for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable codes and standards. Develops and manages the annual inspection schedule and ensures timely execution of all required inspections.
