Residential Fire Risk Assessor
Location: Exeter (covering Devon and the South West)
Salary: Up to £52,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are seeking a Residential Fire Risk Assessor to join our expanding team, carrying out fire risk assessments across a portfolio of residential properties including apartment blocks, supported housing, sheltered accommodation, HMOs, and housing association stock.
This is a hybrid role combining site inspections across Devon and the South West with home-based report writing, offering flexibility and a healthy work-life balance.
Requirements
Minimum Level 3 Fire Risk Assessment qualification
Level 4 qualification desirable
Experience assessing residential properties
Strong understanding of current residential fire safety legislation and guidance
Excellent report writing and communication skills
Full UK driving licence
