Job Description

NEW OPPORTUNITY
 We are working with a Local Authority in the East of England outside London, seeking a Housing Asset Fire Safety Surveyor to provide expert fire safety advice and oversee compliance across housing assets.
Start: ASAP
 Working Arrangement: Hybrid weekly
 Rate: Negotiable Hourly/Daily (Inside IR35)
 Duration: 3-6 Months initially
Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert fire safety advice and support across housing assets, ensuring compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and Building Safety Regulations.
Undertake Fire Risk Assessment validations and manage remedial works, including fire door installations.
Conduct feasibility studies and contribute to planned maintenance and refurbishment programmes.
Manage budgets, procurement, and contractor performance for fire safety works.
