Fire Technician / Safety Coordinator

Fire Technician (Primary Responsibility)

• 1. Operate, monitor, inspect, test, and maintain all fire protection systems, including fire alarm, sprinkler, hydrant, fire pumps, and detectors.
• 2. Perform first-line troubleshooting and immediate response during fire alarms, faults, and emergency events.
• 3. Ensure fire systems remain fully operational 24/7, especially during assigned shifts.
• 4. Coordinate with external contractors for maintenance, corrective actions, testing, and certification.
• 5. Maintain accurate records for inspections, alarms, faults, and corrective actions.
• 6. Support fire drills, emergency evacuations, and emergency response activities.
• 7. Ensure compliance with BOMBA, legal, and COSMX fire safety requirements.
