First Aid Trainer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and dynamic First Aid Trainer to conduct courses and ensure the excellence of our first aid training programs. The ideal candidate has medical experience with a proven track record as an educator and a deep commitment to upholding the highest standards of training delivery and assessment.

• Instructional Leadership & Quality Assurance: Serve as the lead authority for any of the following course content, instructional methodologies, and skill evaluations for the following programs:

• Standard First Aid Course

• BCLS + AED
• Child First Aid
• CPR + AED
• Curriculum Compliance: Ensure all training programs strictly adhere to the latest guidelines and accreditation standards set by relevant authorities (e.g., SRFAC).
• Administrative Oversight: Manage course content, instructor assessments, and the maintenance of training records and equipment.
