Key Qualities of a First Aider 
Calmness under pressure to make clear decisions during emergencies 
Empathy and compassion to provide reassurance to casualties 
Good communication skills for coordinating with casualties, colleagues, and emergency services 
Physical fitness to handle tasks like moving casualties when necessary 
Responsibility and reliability to be available and act when needed

NB: scaffolding certicicate courses will be advantageous )
