First Aider

Job Summary:

The First Aider is responsible for providing immediate medical assistance and emergency response support at the wind power project site. The role ensures timely treatment of injuries related to working at heights, heavy lifting, electrical activities, and other high-risk operations, while supporting the overall Health and Safety program of the project.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate first aid treatment to personnel injured during turbine erection, lifting operations, civil works, and electrical activities.
• Assess medical conditions and determine the need for hospital transfer or emergency evacuation.
• Administer Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR in case of cardiac arrest, electrical shock, or severe trauma.
• Respond to emergencies related to working at heights, falls, heat stress, and heavy equipment incidents.
