3. Perform dimensional and visual inspection of first-shot samples from injection molding machines

4. Verify product dimensions against engineering drawings and specifications
5. Use measuring tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, pin gauges, and CMM
6. Record inspection results in FAI reports

2. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain First Article Inspection reports & package
• Ensure all measurements, tolerances, and specifications are properly documented
• Highlight deviations and non-conformances clearly

3. New Product Introduction

• Work with production and process engineers to evaluate trial parts during NPI stage
• Provide feedback on part quality, mold condition and dimensional stability.
