First Marketing Hire / Marketing Lead

This role is for a marketer who loves translating complex technical products into crisp clarity.

You’ll shape how a made-in-Brazil AI model positions itself with C‑Suite and Leaders at top‑tier Brazilian, Latin‑American and Global companies. You'll be the voice that makes a complex product extremely simple to understand - and a critical force behind our Go To Market strategy.

As our first Marketing hire, you will be pivotal in creating awareness of what we do while accelerating our B2B growth with the right customers.

This is both a strategic and hands‑on position, all in Avra style. You will work at a high level: defining our market narrative, positioning our product, adapting as our strategy evolves. And you will get your hands dirty: building creative mock‑ups, coordinating events for clients, running our social media platform and working as the company's PR arm.

The ideal candidate must have B2B / enterprise experience.
