Become an integral part of First National's IT team as a Helpdesk Specialist, focusing on timely support for both hardware and software. Your role will involve assisting employees in a variety of technical capacities.
As Helpdesk Support Specialist, you'll report to the Supervisor and provide crucial assistance both in-person and remotely. Responsibilities include troubleshooting a wide range of devices and software, creating accounts for new hires, and updating technical documentation. You’ll also work in tandem with IT teams to implement new technologies and bring added value to the organization.
