Job Summary

In accordance with the Mission, Vision and Values, and strategic directions of PHSA safety, including both patient and employee safety, is a priority and a responsibility shared by everyone at PHSA’s Agencies/Divisions/Services, and as such, the requirement to continuously improve quality and safety is inherent in all aspects of this position. Reporting to the Executive Director, Strategic Planning and Implementation, the First Responder (FR) Services Manager & First Nations Liaison is responsible for the operational and administrative management of the BCEHS FR program. The Manager deals closely with Municipalities, Regional Districts, Improvement Districts, and Cities throughout the province, including working with Local Government FR agencies and First Nations communities.
