Fisheries Market Lead – Northwest Region

We’re seeking a Fisheries Market Lead to help share and grow our fisheries business across the Northwest region. In this role, you will drive market growth, project excellence, and team development, which serving as a trusted partner to clients and a leader within our organization.

As a seller-doer, you’ll play a central role in advancing our fisheries practice - balancing hands-on technical delivery with strategic business development and client engagement. You will lead high-performing teams, strengthen key relationships, and help expand our presence across Washington, Oregon, and the broader Northwest.

Your responsibilities may include planning and design related management and technical support roles for upstream and downstream fish collection and sorting facilities, fish passage and screening, acclimation facilities, and aquaculture water treatment.
