What You’ll Do

Lead & Develop the Fishing Program

• Develop and maintain fishing site knowledge, mapping, GPS locations, seasonal patterns, and species‑specific information
• Build and organize structured fishing experiences, including local lake and fly‑out excursions
• Establish guiding standards, procedures, and program consistency
• Support environmental stewardship and ensure compliance with territorial fishing regulations
