Fit-Out Site Engineer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architecture.
• Proven experience in CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) works, with a specific focus on Fit-Out and Interior Finishing.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimates, construction methodologies, and material specifications.
• Tech Savvy
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD is highly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans.

Responsibilities

• Enforce strict health and safety protocols on-site in coordination with the Safety Officer.
• Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of tools and heavy equipment to align with site progress.
• Supervise daily site activities to ensure strict adherence to the master project schedule. Identify potential delays early and implement recovery plans.
