- Role Summary
1.1 The Fitness Coach (Part-Time, Remote) delivers virtual fitness coaching and personalized workout plans to clients in a wellness-oriented program. In this flexible 10–15 hour/week role, you will support individuals or small groups in achieving their fitness goals by providing tailored exercise guidance, motivation, and progress tracking, while collaborating remotely with a broader wellness team.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities
2.1 Virtual Training Sessions: Conduct live virtual fitness coaching sessions for clients (individuals or small groups), demonstrating exercises, observing form, and providing real-time feedback and encouragement.
