**Description:**

+ Welcome all guests with a warm, confident smile and professional attitude.
+ Assist guests with gym equipment usage, safety guidelines, and basic stretching techniques.
+ Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline inside the gym and health club areas.
+ Handle reception duties, including phone calls, guest queries, bookings, and walk-ins.
+ Communicate clearly and politely in English with guests and members.
+ Explain Spa, Gym, and Health Club products, services, memberships, and offers.
+ Know the Spa menu and guide guests on available treatments and services.
+ Support guest satisfaction by providing prompt, courteous, and helpful service during the shift.
+ Coordinate with Spa, Gym, and Front Office teams for smooth daily operations.
