Specific responsibilities include:

+ Promoting and performing lifestyle programs, assessments and personal training services according to Sports Core standards
+ Performing fitness services with minimal direction - Includes body fat testing, girth measurements, weight, cardiovascular step test, sit/reach flexibility testing and strength testing
+ Promoting, designing and performing long-term personal training programs according to the needs and goals of healthy, average adults
