Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Gym Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facility. This is an internal leadership position focused on ensuring the gym runs smoothly, the team is performing, and the members are happy. You will be the face of the gym and the primary point of contact for staff and member relations.
This role requires flexibility, including some evenings and weekends to ensure management presence during peak hours.
