• Rolling out meet‑and‑greet events that feel more like red‑carpet welcomes
• Handling hiccups with calm, creative flair (because sometimes elephants don’t stick to the schedule)
• Making Tourplan look easy

What You Bring

• Matric / Grade 12 (bonus points if you’ve studied Travel & Tourism)
