Here’s how you’ll be a part of our team


  • Attractive hourly rates + penalty rates on overtime

  • Permanent full-time position

  • Monday to Friday roster, 9AM start with flexibility to be available from 7AM on occasions

    • Based at the Coates Bendigo branch, you'll be keeping our fleet of hire equipment in prime condition and ready for the next customer.

    Your typical day will focus on:

  • Performing preventative maintenance, servicing and overhaul of a range of plant equipment

  • Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults

  • Maintaining records for all service and repair work

  • Minimising operational downtime of equipment

  • Occasional off-site work for scheduled servicing and breakdowns
