Fixed Asset Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fixed asset accounting or general accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of fixed asset accounting, depreciation methods, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in SAP fixed asset modules is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for reporting and analysis.

Fixed Asset Management

1. Supervise the recording, tagging, and tracking of all fixed assets in the SAP system.

2. Ensure timely capitalization of assets and proper classification based on accounting standards.

3. Monitor asset movements, disposals, and retirements, ensuring compliance with company policies.

4. Conduct periodic physical inventory counts of fixed assets and reconcile discrepancies.
