Fixed Asset Management Intern

I. JOB SUMMARY

The On-the-Job Trainee (OJT) assigned to the Fixed Asset Management (FAM) Unit shall provide administrative and operational support in the management, monitoring, and documentation of organizational assets. The trainee will be exposed to fixed asset accountability processes, inventory control.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist in the review, verification, and proper filing of Asset Accountability (AA) Forms.

2. Support the monitoring and updating of fixed asset inventory records.
   Assist in the documentation and tracking of organizational assets in coordination with the FAM Team.

3. Help ensure asset records are accurate, complete, and compliant with established internal policies and procedures.

4. Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the FAM Unit to support asset management operations.
