The responsibilities of the Fixed Assets Accountant are:
Maintain the Fixed Asset Register (acquisitions, depreciations, write-offs) ensuring compliance with Greek Accounting Standards.
Monitor and reconcile myDATA transmissions related to assets and depreciation.
Assist in the classification of expenses by understanding the business nature of the cost.
Support the month-end closing process and prepare schedules for external audits.
Participate in physical asset counts and inventory controls.
