Job Description

                    Maintain the Fixed Assets Register (FAR), ensuring timely and accurate recording of additions, disposals, transfers, and write-offs. 
Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly fixed asset reconciliations and supporting packs within required SLAs. 
Conduct annual reviews of decommissioning restoration and rehabilitation (DRR) provisions, useful life, and residual values in line with IAS 16. 
Provide monthly depreciation forecasts for multiple business units and regions. 
Support the preparation of the annual fixed assets business plan and any required re-estimates. 
Monitor and review physical asset counts and align findings with the ERP system. 
Collaborate with stakeholders and verification agents to ensure asset verification processes are completed. 
Ensure leased vehicles are capitalized accurately and records are aligned with supporting documentation. 
Maintain accurate FARs with minimal reconciling items.
