Fixed Assets Analyst

The Asset Analyst is responsible for managing all Fixed Assets (FXA) according to US and country local GAAP. Ensure the proper reconciliation of Fixed Asset module in SAP.

Responsible to admin, analyze and perform the proper accounting of the Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) Projects.

• Daily ad-hoc requests (New SERs, Asset Capitalizations, Retirements, Transfers), depreciation analysis, Capital Expend reporting.
• Monthly Closing Activities for Net Capital Assets Americas. (Subledger vs FI vs PC Accounting)
• Asset Under Construction reporting, monitoring & analysis
• Fixed Asset Physical Inventory Verification (Scope, Due Dates, adjustments, administration, evidence collection and archiving)
• Annual YE and Carry Forward Activities, Fixed Assets Account reconciliations
• Attend any requirement of Internal or External Audit
