Fixed Income - Production Support Analyst

Role Summary The role is a Fixed Income & Rates Technology Specialist supporting mission-critical front-office trading platforms during LATAM trading hours (GMT-6) . The position combines Production Support , QA Testing , and L2 Engineering , with primary focus on live trading support and secondary involvement in testing and engineering activities. Location: São Paulo, SP, Brazil (Avenida Presidente Juscelino Kubitschek, 2235) Key Responsibilities Provide front-office production support for Fixed Income products (Bonds, Swaps, Inflation-linked instruments). Act as the main point of contact for traders and business users , owning incidents from triage through resolution. Perform root cause analysis across the full trade lifecycle and implement workarounds during live trading. Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing , including P&L and risk validation.
