Responsibilities

Mission Statement & Core Functions:
The candidate will be part of the Structuring team within SG Global Markets. More specifically they will work on the Cross-Asset and Fixed Income solution structuring. Position based in Tokyo.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Participate to complex deals origination in a partnership with sales teams.
  • Produce structured rates and structured credit documentation and sales pushes
  • Build a sustainable partnership with Japanese sales to cover all client segments: Distribution, Institutional and Corporates
  • Participate to the marketing effort by accompanying XAS sales and pitching FIC structured products to clients
