The Role
The Software Training & Transitions (STT) Trainer – Fixed Ops is responsible for delivering effective training and support to customers on the PBS Dealer Management Software. This role focuses on ensuring customers gain the knowledge and confidence needed to successfully use the software, both through virtual and in-person training sessions. You will develop a thorough understanding of all software modules, assist with new software installations, and provide ongoing support throughout the implementation process.
