JOB SUMMARY:
Provides essential administrative and operational support to achieve departmental goals by assisting in customer service, document preparation, data monitoring, and report compilation. Acts as a liaison between departments and external agencies to ensure smooth workflow and accurate information management.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provides support in achieving departmental targets and fulfilling key responsibilities, contributing to the overall performance and strategic objectives of the unit
2. Provides support in handling customer inquiries, complaints and other related concerns
