Cire Services is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Fleet Administration Officer to join our fleet team based at our Launching Place site in an ongoing full-time capacity.
As a key member of our high-performing administration team, you will play a vital role in managing and coordinating our fleet administration function and supporting our team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant use of Cire’s vehicles, supporting staff and students across our campuses. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to customer service.
You’ll be the central point of contact for fleet-related enquiries, working collaboratively with internal teams and external providers to maintain vehicle records, schedule servicing, monitor usage, and support operational logistics. Your contribution will help ensure our fleet runs smoothly and supports the delivery of our programs and services.
