Job Description
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- 24 years experience in fleet management or administrative support
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, with strong Excel skills
- Administer vehicle insurance processes, including claims and renewals
- Manage vehicle tracking systems and reporting
- Coordinate vehicle license renewals and ensure compliance
- Oversee petrol card administration and reconciliation
- Arrange windscreen replacements and general vehicle maintenance coordination
- Provide relief support at Reception when required
- Assist with general office administration duties
