Job Description

Minimum Requirements
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
  • 24 years experience in fleet management or administrative support
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with strong Excel skills
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer vehicle insurance processes, including claims and renewals
  • Manage vehicle tracking systems and reporting
  • Coordinate vehicle license renewals and ensure compliance
  • Oversee petrol card administration and reconciliation
  • Arrange windscreen replacements and general vehicle maintenance coordination
  • Provide relief support at Reception when required
  • Assist with general office administration duties
