Fleet Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance scheduling for AFCMI vehicles.
• Assist in demand repair as required by AFCMI user.
• Ensure documentation and compliance of AFCMI vehicles.
• Track fuel and utilization of AFCMI vehicles.
• Coordinate with various department and 3rd party suppliers for relevant schedules.
• Act as first contact for drivers in case they encounter issues on the road.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduate of any course.
• Computer literate and proficient in MS office especially Excel, Powerpoint, Word.
• With good oral written and communication skills.
• Preferably with at least a year experience in logistics.
