Fleet Director

Responsibilities:
Provide overall leadership to achieve organizational goals, service excellence, and operational efficiency
Develop and execute long-term business strategies and Annual Operating Plans (AOP)
Drive financial performance including revenue growth, budget oversight, and cost optimization
Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, governance frameworks, and environmental standards
Oversee vessel operations to ensure SLA, KPI, and safety targets are consistently met
Lead risk management initiatives and crisis response strategies
Strengthen customer-centric ship management solutions and service delivery standards
Build, mentor, and retain high-performing teams across shore and sea operations
Drive digital transformation, innovation, and continuous process improvements
Maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, government agencies, and business partners
