Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented remote Trucking Dispatcher to coordinate and oversee the movement of containerized freight. The ideal candidate will have experience in dispatch operations, knowledge of port and rail systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
Key Responsibilities: 
Plan, schedule, and dispatch drivers for container pickup and delivery 
Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time performance 
Maintain clear communication with drivers, customers, and port/rail terminals 
Resolve service issues promptly and professionally 
Maintain accurate records of shipments and activities 
Collaborate with operations, safety, and customer service teams 
Qualifications: 
Previous experience dispatching container trucks or drayage operations (preferred) 
Knowledge of port and rail yard procedures 
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
