BASIC FUNCTION

This position will perform standard and a variety administrative support for office & fleet management using advanced assistant skills and knowledge of company policies and procedures. This position is responsible for all office related matters ex. Building lease, Security, Facility issues, Office stationary & supplies, company phone and others to provide safe and comfortable working environment for employees. 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES


1.Liaison for Fleet Car Policy at facility such as monitoring the fleet Car log book (on-line/off-line), administer the fleet car
usage procedure and etc.
2. Drives a company-owned car, providing safe and efficient transportation for Delivery (Vehicle parts, documents and others),
Visitors & Customers when necessary. 
3. Performs routine vehicle inspection and maintenance.
