Job Title: Fleet Maintenance & R&M Coordinator
Role Overview
The Fleet Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the operational readiness, safety, and efficiency of the company’s vehicle fleet. This role focuses on minimizing downtime through proactive scheduled maintenance, managing the full lifecycle of tire assets, overseeing Ad Blue logistics, and acting as the primary point of contact for external vendors and insurance providers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Comprehensive Repair & Maintenance (R&M)
• Oversee all mechanical and electrical repairs to ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards – Coordinate with the OEM (Vehicle & Reefer)
• Diagnose recurring issues and implement long-term solutions to reduce breakdown frequency.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify wear and tear before it leads to operational failure.
