Fleet Maintenance Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all motorpool nationwide

• Make sure all facilities are safe and secure

• Coordinate wth Operation, Truck Management and Purchasing to ensure smooth process for truck requirements

• Make sure all facilities and equipments are safe and secure

• Mentor and evaluate all office staff and mechanics

• Manage and improve day to day operation

• Monitor and analyse maintenance workload and suggest for improvement

• Establish standards for performance for each personnel

• Present fleet status periodically

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate of Mechanical Engeneering , Logistics or other related course

• Experience in handling fleet of trucks and maintenance is a must

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Can work under pressure

• Strong leadership skills

• Strong problem solving skills
