Fleet Maintenance Supervisor - 2nd Shift

## Position Summary
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees day to day operations in the maintenance shop, provides direct leadership for technicians, supervises the repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment installed and used for daily operations, and ensures timely installation and upkeep of the company’s property and systems in order to establish operational effectiveness.
Hiring Range: $85,000.00- $100,000.00 per year.
## Key Responsibilities
+ Coordinates and supervises all maintenance work and repairs, and monitors progress and quality.
+ Reviews repairs and other maintenance requests and prepares work order documents.
+ Oversees personnel including coaching, training, evaluating, employee performance, conducts disciplinary action as needed and provides input for improvement.
