Overview
We are a large, industry-leading logistics and distribution company operating a substantial fleet of heavy commercial vehicles, specialized equipment, and material handling systems. We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to lead our skilled team of mechanics and ensure our equipment remains safe, efficient, and compliant.
As the Fleet Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a critical leadership role in maintaining a large fleet of heavy‑duty trucks, trailers, forklifts, and other material handling equipment. You will oversee daily maintenance operations, manage a team of technicians, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
This role is based out of our PepsiCo location in London, ON and covers fleet operations at the following locations:

- Essex
- Orillia
- Owen Sound
